SAF Yacht Club
I would have to say that the SAF Yacht Club would be one of my
fave fishing spot
as baits, food & toilets are accessible easily.

The Day was 7th
January 2007 (Wed) about 6pm after fishing at the Tanah Merah
Ferry Terminal.
We
proceeded to the SAF Yacht Club.
S$5.00 per Rod,
fishing is only allowed from 9am to 9pm.
However, if you wish to stay
overnight, you must enter the premises before 9pm.
There's a tackle shop,
Marine Tackle there that is open till 9pm.
Owner Johnny Quek sells some
fresh chilled prawns and also some live prawns.

Me in the Sunset.

We understand from Johnny Quek that most fish bite only in the
day.
We stay till about
9:45pm even though tide was turning in ......

16th February
2007 (Friday)
Iskandar, Ken,
Steven, My Wife and Me. We set out to the SAF Yacht Club at
7:00am.
Tide was suppose to turn in at about 10am but unfortunately the
Marine Tackle shop do not have
any live prawns until 12pm.
Iskandar and Steven had to leave by 12 noon leaving the rest of
us to continue fishing there.
Even with live prawns, we couldn't get hold of any big catches.
We stayed till 3:30pm. Total catch: 4 small Pufferfish & 1 small
Duskytail Grouper.
All fish were release as they weren't table size.

One of my toy used ... The Shimano Calcutta 700S & The
Shimano Beast Master

Other weapons
around includes ......

Ken's Multiplier & Shimano Rod
Iskandar's Rod
My Fenwick Rod & Shimano Aernos 3000
